Minnesota AIDS Walk
Sunday, May 16, 2010 - Minnehaha Park
Join the Minnesota AIDS Project for its 23rd annual Minnesota
AIDS Walk to raise funds and awareness in the ongoing struggle against
HIV. On May 16, thousands of concerned Minnesotans will get together
at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis to provide support that the Minnesota
AIDS Project needs to maintain critical programming and important
prevention education.
At a time when more young adults are becoming infected, we need to step forward and create change. Making a difference is a walk
in the park and you can help by simply signing up, raising funds, and
walking. In 2009, walkers raised well over half a million dollars—let’s see if we can achieve even more this year! Get your friends and
family together for a day of education, excitement, and hope.
When you register, you'll get your own customizable fundraising webpage with tools and tips to help you raise money for the Minnesota AIDS Walk through email and social networking.
We also have a Fundraising Tips Page filled with suggestions for talking to family, friends and co–workers about why you're supporting the Minnesota AIDS Project through the AIDS Walk, and what they can do to help.
