Run for the Ribbon
Sunday, May 16, 2010 - Minnehaha Park
The Run for the Ribbon is one of very few 4-mile races in the state and is an opportunity for you to obtain a personal record in this rare course length. The funds raised by the Run will support the Minnesota AIDS Project's ongoing work to stop HIV in Minnesota through advocacy, education, and service. The event takes place on the same day as the Minnesota AIDS Walk where thousands of supporters gather in an exciting atmosphere to raise awareness about HIV.

The online, pre-registration deadline is 8:00am Central Time on Thursday, May 13.

Though fundraising is not required, we encourage you to join or form a team to help raise money for the Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP) through the collection of pledges much like our walkers. A team can consist of both runners and walkers and is a terrific way for participants to come together in the fight against HIV. Once you are registered and have a profile with MAP, you have access to all the features of the Minnesota AIDS Project Website including the personalized pages and fundraising tools. Incentive prizes are available for various levels of donations collected.
