Welcome to the Minnesota AIDS Walk
and Run for the Ribbon
Presented by:
Join us Sunday, May 20th for the Minnesota AIDS Walk
and Run for the Ribbon
On Sunday, May 20, please join us at Minnehaha Park for the 25th Year of the Minnesota AIDS Walk. Donations to the AIDS Walk help the Minnesota AIDS Project prevent new HIV infections and keep people living with HIV healthy.
Help make 2012 the year that AIDS does an about face and meet the faces behind the Minnesota AIDS Walk—people like our staff and volunteers pictured above. They are part of a team of organizers, idealists, dreamers, and die-hards who believe that together we can make a massive difference in the fight against AIDS in Minnesota.
There are three ways for you to be part of the AIDS Walk and Run for the Ribbon:
1. WALK or RUN
Register to walk or run by clicking the button to the right, create your own personal fundraising page, and raise money to support HIV prevention and services for people living with HIV.
2. DONATE
Search for a Walker or Team to support with a donation by clicking on the button to the right. Or, make a general donation to the Minnesota AIDS Project.
3. VOLUNTEER
It takes hundreds of people to put on the AIDS Walk each year. We need people to help with lots of tasks the day before, during the event, and after it ends. Click on the Volunteer button to the right to register.
Funds raised are used to support HIV prevention and services for people living with HIV.
Top Walkers and Teams
Thank you to our walkers, team captains and donors for the amazing fundraising you are doing to fight HIV and AIDS in Minnesota. These leaderboard lists are updated two or three times a week. Check back to see how you and your team are doing. We strive for 100% accuracy on the fundraising totals listed on our website, but due to the volume of gifts coming in during the weeks leading up to the 2012 Minnesota AIDS Walk there may be times when the totals displayed are slightly behind as staff and volunteers work to enter donations as quickly as possible. Please continue to use the 2012 Minnesota AIDS Walk website to enter and track gifts and please let us know if you encounter inaccuracies or problems with the site. Thank you again for your support. The Minnesota AIDS Walk would not happen without you.
