Support Our Team in the 2009 Minnesota AIDS Walk

    Why are we walking?

The Twin Cities Goodtime Softball League is walking because HIV education and prevention is important and because we want to encourage others to help. The money we raise goes directly to prevention efforts and serving Minnesotans affected by HIV. It is important more now than ever because funding is being cut while the number of those being affected by HIV increases. Please support us and the Minnesota AIDS Project as we work towards stopping HIV in Minnesota.

    About the Minnesota AIDS Project

The Minnesota AIDS Project's mission is to lead Minnesota's fight to stop HIV through advocacy, education and service.

In partnership with over 1,000 volunteers, Minnesota AIDS Project provides compassionate, confidential and non-discriminatory services, including practical, emotional and social support. In 2007, MAP provided services to more than half of the nearly 6,000 Minnesotans living with HIV. MAP also reaches thousands of people with prevention messages through community and outreach efforts.

Your support is absolutely vital to Minnesota AIDS Project in its important mission.  Thank you for your support.
