Minnesotans living with HIV have a responsibility and a need to understand the Minnesota statutes regarding HIV disclosure and the transmission of a communicable disease. The goal of this Allan Spear Forum is to provide current information from a panel of experts on how this law is interpreted and how a person living with HIV can avoid possible litigation.
