Welcome to my personal fundraising page for the
2010 MN AIDS Walk and Run for the Ribbon 4-mile
The explosion of new cases of HIV diagnosed throughout the state of Minnesota is impacting people of all races, genders, and sexual orientations. New cases of HIV continue to rise faster than previous years in young adults under the age of 24. The need for prevention education is as critical as ever.
My partner, Darien, and son, Chris, are participating as a family in the entire event together. Chris is participating in the Run 4 the Ribbon, a 4-Mile run, and we are participating in the 6 mile walk. This means a great deal to all of us.
I am truly grateful for those of you who are able to donate, at any amount. Please support me in my very first Minnesota AIDS Project as I participate in the MN AIDS Walk to help raise funds for the awareness of HIV/AIDS in MN.

About the Minnesota AIDS Project
The Minnesota AIDS Project's mission is to lead Minnesota's fight to stop HIV through advocacy, education and service.
In partnership with over 1,000 volunteers, the Minnesota AIDS Project provides compassionate, confidential and non-discriminatory services, including practical, emotional and social support. In 2009, the Minnesota AIDS Project provided services to approximately half of the over 6,600 Minnesotans known to be living with HIV. The organization also reaches thousands of people with prevention messages through community and outreach efforts.
Your support is absolutely vital to the Minnesota AIDS Project in its important mission. Thank you for your support.
All gifts made to the Minnesota AIDS Walk are 100% tax-deductible. Our federal tax ID number is 41-1524746.
