Description: Volunteer educators provide in-person, group-level trainings that educate employers, educators, service organizations, and civic groups who work with those affected by HIV. They also assist with tabling events and other special opportunities. To become a Volunteer HIV Educator you must complete a MAP-Red Cross Instructor Training or have a current Red Cross HIV Instructor certification. Volunteers must be at least 17 years of age for this opportunity.
